Dislikes

Unfortunately, mphasis is a very poor pay master. The HR policies are not up to date with the current market. Most people improve their salaries by resigning and the company retaining them.

Likes

The learning and growth opportunities are constant. What it lacks in compensation, it makes up in career advancement and skill development.

Dislikes

The compensation is only upgraded as a part of the retention process. The company still seems to think that there is an abundance of specialized labor in the market which is no longer the case. No proactive measures taken to ensure that employees are happy with their compensation and that they are atleast close to the market standards.

Likes

Everything. If the compensation was better, I would've continued my career. I worked there for 6+ years.

Dislikes

While employee engagement is good, the politics has to stop. Everyone should get opportunities for their skills and not for favoritism.

Company is never been good or bad it's the people who works there makes the environment good or bad. Some managers are good.

Dislikes

Salary is the biggest minus point if you show your loyalty and stick to the company for years. Cab facility is not upto the mark, in one cab if it's 4 seater they will make sure there are 4 employees in the cab, they don't care about employee comfort.

Dislikes

Everything, absolutely no pay hikes and promotions, no bonus, no allowance, sometimes you don't even get full salary, forget VP, Toxic management and culture, worst HR system and of lot of things, everything bad you can imagine about a company exists in Mphasis.
