As whole organisation is its good to work but compensation and yearly hike is not satisfactory.

Its good place to start your career as fresher, initially there were more benefits like free food, free transport but later everything was taken out.

Almost nothing to like except that they offer good salary while recruiting. Good to stay for an year and switch better because is KPO, its not really a Bank you can go for.

Dislikes

No learning opportunity. In one year whatever new you have to learn is there. After that, its over. Promotions are interview based so your relationship with YOUR manager should be good, else they will block your career forever.

Working atmosphere is too good and job security is also just like government job.good pay scale and lots of career growth opportunities available...wide scope to develop your skills and improve your talent by learning and development within organization

No such thing I have observed as of now as I find it very much fit to work and specially for female employee is best in all.

For freshers it's a Great company, As getting into Tier 1 company aswell in Banking sector. -For well experienced person 10+ years shifting to NatWest in Management level (JackPot). As it's a settlement or retirement company. -Leave policy 30 days planned, 8-10 days Comp offs and 12 sick leave.(What else we can expect) - Less pressure compare other companies. - Some Teams do Rotational shifts and Night shift allowance pay good in it. -Work Culture.

Dislikes

-Salary hike- this will kill your growth. -So if you are a fresher or mid exp person. Change within 2-3 years and it's enough to be in NATWEST. Getting promoted from B4 it's too hard. - As usual Office politics as othe companies. - One way cab -Bonus is very much low compare to competitors. - Growth is deadly slow. If you crossed 3 years with just 1 promotion.(FOR FRESHERS) - Vendy Machines with Big basket r SHITTT and useless. -GYM is there for a sake with all old equipment - Rooms were not enough and always occupied during working hours and not cleaned in timing manner. - Food course within NatWest Block need lot of improvements.

Management is a bit slow and low as compare to other companies I worked and salary is not as I expected and mostly the cafeteria is so small so crowded and the foods are of limited options, only few are available.
