Something is not just good; it’s excellent. Our MD has an exceptional vision for lithium-ion batteries. He is very supportive and willing to go to any extent to achieve progress in this field. This is my fourth company in my 10-year career, but Neogen’s MD, respected Kanani sir, is the first MD I have seen who is truly humble and works tirelessly for the company’s growth. .

However, unfortunately, some team members are taking advantage of his humility and not doing their jobs properly. It’s disappointing to say that some people come without any vision, only waiting for the 7th of every month to get their salary. Their actions don’t contribute meaningfully to the company; their only motivation is payday. It is also unfortunate that the company pays a high amount for employee overtime, which has become a disadvantage. I’m not only talking about the money, but some people are not completing their original working hours properly just to earn overtime. I would like to offer a suggestion to management: You already provide one of the best salaries in the industry, yet some employees still focus too much on overtime rather than meaningful work. If you stop overtime, some employees might be unhappy initially, but in the long run, it will benefit the company overall

Everything, HR department is totally blunder here. No ethics No rules No regulations. Maximum public is corrupt at top management. No one can reach to top management to complain. They do not have any policy. This organisation is like “Bhagwan bharose”. Transportation facilities are big mishaps over here, you will be provided old vehicles to transport which has no any fitness certificate. All vehicles are more than 5 years old. The food provided in canteen is totally rubbish, canteen is temporary and persons who are handling it are like last year they have taken bath. Even animals can not eat in such a dirty place. No system in any work.
