GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

work culture is very bad, a lot of work pressure even though I worked on weekends as well, the pressure was too much high( if you see 5* rate is not happily given by the employee, here every month's social media manager will mail you and she will force you to rate in glassdoor, etc) Note: here I will not recommend to my friend to join this organization.

Nothing is good. After working for 1 week, I had to resign due to bad work culture. The CEO doesn't know how to talk with the employees and make mockery out of anything and everything. Same goes with the manager. Their sales manager was leading the digital marketing team. He too had a pathetic outlook towards his subordinates. No proper KT was provided and they will expect you to know everything from the second day itself after joining. HR team also don't have any professionalism they will call you and harass you even when you have applied a plan leave which was approved. Please don't join this pathetic stupid company you will waste your precious time.

In Digital Marketing there is no respect for this digital marketing manager profile. CEO doesn’t have knowledge of digital marketing and this team is leading by sales person. If they will hire you that yes we run paid campaigns do they don’t have any marketing budget for this. CEO behaviour towards employees is very pathetic he is so insane . Don’t apply for digital marketing manager position only clerical work will be there
