...wer than what you expect, you will have to buy a self insurance from outside. Even during corona pandemic, managements wants you to come and operate from Office although after high pressure from employees they agreed to allow wfh but with deducted salary. Salary deductions from 15% - 30% with same working hours while WFH. Overall a below average place to work

Not a pleasant experience. Laid off all of their employees in April 2021 and deducted the salary throughout 2020-2021.... Afcoarse, Covid played the major role.

NO GROWTH, NO LEARNING AND SELF DEVELOPMENT, NO BENEFITS, Finance and compensation team keeps you waiting when there is any issue with the pay, no transport,

1) Not have Job security, 2) They wont maintained Bench policy if the project completed they will fire you immediately, 3) Monthly only one leave they will provide ex: if the month have public holiday you took leave they will consider you took 2days leaves then they will cut your 1day salary. 4) They wont tell this things initially, 5) they will pay your salary between 7 to 10 .

...affing company. They will put resources on contract to hire and then do nothing. No timely salary or support is provided by the company. Hr will only call to threaten about timesheet but wont reply to any query.

No process for working, false commitment, physically no one available to help you for accounting relate problems keep on looping again and again , they follow school rules and regulations insted of coperate rules & regulations.
