In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Bad experience as it doesn't give you salary even after 50 days,i.e,you get your salary almost after 1.5 months.too much politics at site,even you have to work at sundays.salary gets cut if absent for 1 day,bad Lodging provided,bad HR at sites who knows nothing

Management is good.they take immediately steps any issue .company always clear all types of financial calculation. Some senior staffs always give u change to learn new things. Thank you offshore.

Salary not paying at time. Always delay . some contractor staffs working vry well but not get good salary. Company not support those staffs who want to working permanently. Just complete ur bond and leave this company and search new job any where but not get change in offshore again. Offshore take only relative and relationship staffs. Not respect the talent.
