In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. The duty timing is very strict. Our senior staff supports us. Every month get a little late but we get our salary. We are very happy to work in Sterling Wilson company.

Dislikes

Job is not secure anytime anyone's name is announced this month is your last start searching for a new job. If the company has a project, then there are more staff requirements, then no one is removed from the job.

I would like to that. I have been working maintenance supervisor for last two years, on niced site (COVID -19 emergency site) but you are not paying me the salary of supervisor. I get the salary of an electrician.I'm annoyed to say, the maintenance technician of this site get pay more than me. So do all the work with them from now on. I will not be able to take the responsibility of supervisor of this site with this salary. Sir tell me how to manage everything in the current market with a salary of Rs-11000/-per month. I requested many times please solve this problem. But Still no help. 2nd point noted be. Once was a time on duty accident. But no benifit your company. This time fully support ed my family. Continue 3 months my treatment cost Rs 85000/- but company not provide any rupees. I finally got bored and left the sterling wilson company.
