No need of variable deduction As co. pays it off the whole deducted amount, when there is no concept of rating grade deduction of variable No on time appraisal No quterly outing No job security - one shd work hard day n night to come under managers notice for securing job No motivation No team building HR is of no use

If your looking for money and work then it is a good firm . It has a very good payroll as compared to many big mnc and most of the component of your salary will inhand . The technology they are using are very advanced and you can explore many good tech and can lead it also at very early stage.

The work culture is very bad here . It is like a typicall startup where you have to available every time irrespective of the time day , they can call you any time and you have to be available. There is always a constant pressure to deliver everything overnight. There is no job security you can fired anytime

Salary is above industry standards for any position. Get to work some of truly brilliant minds

Work life balance. Given that it's a startup you would expect that you would have to stretch your timelines a few days. But now, it's managed very horrible. No respect for peoples views. Fast fail approach from the upper management in every aspect. Entire middle management is filled with nincompoops.

Crazy Leader, Unrealistic deadlines, Anger Issues of CEO Bhavish Agarwal, No Cost Management just pay anything to anyone later regret it which results in cost reduction, every six months there is a layoff cycle, It's okay to commit something to customers but you should understand that the pressure will buildup in employees head to close the work with quality on time since the timeline is unrealistic the quality of work is hindered many times. Culture is a big issue because of Layoffs and short timelines. Zero Job Security. Mental Trauma
