I am waiting for appraisal and variable pay. It is supposed to provide in Mar. Job security is now not stable. if you wish to join in this company join after 2 years. It takes some months to steady. actually, compared to earlier now it's good. Company culture is somewhat good, it depends upon the department. Good Company to build your knowledge.

Dislikes

Most of the meetings will schedule after 7:00 PM. That is the only drawback to me. Now it's somewhat improving.

I work as an Store Manager, But the onboarding was done through a third-party vendor, and the store is not ready to go to full capacity.New Managers are not given any authority and managers are not supported.They are deceiving customers by making false promises and adding service centers in every stores but they are only providing service centers to a limited number of stores only,

...any support from upper management, you have to deal with ground messed up cases. The only good thing is you will receive the salary on time.

The Most Unprofessional Company till date. 1. No professionalism 2. No Job Security 3. There will be bad treatment. 4. Foul Languages used by head managers 5. Longer hours working 6. If you wish to work here, forget about your family, friends and loved ones. 7. ASMs, RSMs will treat you like you nothing . 8. lot of Office Politics. (Personally suffered) 9. You will have to clean the store, doesn’t matter if you’re a store manager or a executive. In the morning you are housekeeping, you have to put your own money for expenses. I can write a book on this. But I'll stop here. Make your decisions wisely, for a better future.

Rest everything else. If you dont have some serious financial crisis, avoid working here. I would rather be jobless for few months that work for Bhavish Aggrawal. TOXIC is an understatement; its a DISREPCTFUL and TORTUROUS org.

This company hiring vendor only....not hiring in direct company..... vendor hiring in 3 months contract, 6 months contract 11 month contract....only... Work hours not only for 8 hour.....10 hours ...12 hours... sometime 16 hours work loaded....no response for company.... Talking in rudely.....very very worst company in Bangalore.... please don't go for every one....... ..
