I’ve had a great experience working at Omega Healthcare. The work culture here is truly positive and encouraging. One of the things I appreciate most is that the management avoids micromanagement, which allows us to work with a sense of independence and trust. The leads are very cooperative and approachable, always ready to guide and support. The leave policy is flexible — getting time off when needed has never been a hassle. Overall, it’s a happy and healthy work environment that makes coming to work enjoyable.

...rarely given proper attention, limiting growth opportunities for many employees. Salary increments are relatively low and not always aligned with performance or market standards. The company should invest more in skill development programs to help employees grow and adapt to evolving industry needs. Additionally, many team members remain on the same projects for years, making it difficult for others to explore new opportunities or gain varied experience. Lastly, when someone submits their resignation, the HR department rarely engages in meaningful discussions or tries to retain the employee, which can feel disheartening for long-term contributors

It depends upon the project and team. Im Bangalore location most of the Manager and Management from North so whether you know Kannada or not you must know Hindi otherwise you will not get proper support. My personal experience Hindi known people get very good apprisal and position.

...e first preference for Hindi know peoples. No free transport No tissue paper In your CTC variable pay included but you will never get.

I really very disappointed with Omega. There is no development working more than a year and the team leads are very worst i ever seen before, they treat you like a dog when you are in notice period, not even a good send off.. i didn't get any call from my HR for reliving, so the managers all ready decided who wants to stay and who wants to leave . In my opinion I will not reffer this company for anyone until HR team starts carrying for employees not always for TL and managers. Anyhow it's my pleasure to thank Omega for the given chance. Thank you.

...uman respect and values. Management routinely scolds employees for minor issues. Frankly, the only positive aspect of working at Omega is the salary, and even that comes at a severe cost to one's well-being. The vast majority of employees are frustrated and actively seeking opportunities elsewhere, which explains the constant job openings at the company. I strongly advise anyone considering a medical coding position at Omega Healthcare to reconsider. The demanding environment, lack of support, and poor work-life balance make it an incredibly draining and detrimental place to work.
