A concerning trend has also started where cost-cutting is pursued by reducing the engineering workforce and replacing them with limited teams using AI tools and subscriptions, placing the rest of the employees on the bench with no further support. Performance or skills often take a backseat, and internal favoritism and politics play a major role in project assignments and recognition. The work environment can be deeply discouraging, even for sincere and hardworking professionals. Many join with high hopes but end up regretting their decision due to the lack of fairness, transparency, and growth opportunities. Hikes and rewards are rarely given based on merit and are instead influenced by internal recommendations. It's disheartening to see capable engineers being undervalued while others benefit due to connections.

Employees know very well that we can not grow with OSI digital. They want employees on cheapest price. Not good projects more than half of employees on bench. Bench employees have 3 years of bond. Bad work culture No skill development of employees Micro management

... years bond. For its not good for fresher because they banching for 2-3 years . Also there is variable pay scam .don't attract for variable play. It's based on ur working hrs in billing project. They don't have projects so billing hrs is 0% per year then u get 0 variable pay .

Finance team can provide you payslips. Nothing else. They gave salary.

Dislikes

Don't join this place even if it is your last resort. Place is riddled with dirty politics, people being very rude on your face and lying to you instead of getting straight to the point. Forget even about getting a good quality job or work experience. Most people are hiding their own inefficiency by doing politics with hires and their clients and don't have the depth and breath of engineering. It is in 2 words horrible place and career-wisesuicidal to even remain here for a long time.

Work culture is great at OSI, Team members are helpful and motivate you to learn more and more. Work-life balance sometimes gets hard as sometimes employees have to work for long hours, not every day, but weekly twice that's fine which I felt. Management is very good and listen to your issues and try to help you what need to be done, Mainly Managers and Directors are easily approachable and listen to you problems, If you are good at work you will be appreciated and motivate you to work more. Job security is good, you won't have to worry about job security until you are good, (If you are bad at work any company will have the right to terminate your employment)

Dislikes

Less salary for freshers but once you are in a growing stage you will be good, Hikes are less compared, Referred candidates will have the good growth opportunity.
