The salary that they provide is not upto the mark of the work that an employee does for the company. Worst part is even with great qualification they hire you on third party roles.

... my next level. Here career growth is depend on another persone or your seniors. Salary is less for every one and it's not equal for same designation and same experience. Basic salary is almost low, that is for increment or another allowance.you can do work for whole life. Work experience is good but some persons play politics. Company said that they were as family, but not completing necessary requirements. Due to 3pl they think why we spend some money we are working for that company and company say, we have contract. This place good for beginners, having lot of things for learning.

...atmosphere good like a family. But to develop the staff. Team is hardwork team. Salary to be increased. Innovation. But treating staff as family members. Good Management but still to honour good employees and develop them to high rank. Facilities as per law excellent. Committed services.

Higher management should thoroughly verify the genuinity of reports given by Junior Middle management people Appraisal to be developed.

...e completed 7 years working in Parekh company, I am very proud of this company. Because our company supported every worker during Covid-19 by paying them full salary.
