Few people will always try to pull you down. It is common every where. This is not the companies fault. It's the environment. And here is so much of positiveness that some dislikes will be negligible. Plus point is very systematic. And some time it will stop you to do something what others do easily. Like you are in exam Every one is cheating to pass the exam But this company will tell you to fail with honesty. Sometime you will feel proud But in your crisis time you will feel bad also. Other than no issues Everything is so good. Rose without thorne is not the original rose.

Senior's are very supportive and communicative, I started my career from this company they support me very well to grow up and shows future vision.

Dislikes

The Maneger and his plan was very poor, they don't know how to support a employee on their Worst days, like civic time they lay me off and few more employees without any prior notice.

I started my career from here..10 years back...my incentive was not given..also mr vinayak nair is very egoistic...that time in 2008 my insensitive was not given due to my imidiate manager wrong calculation..I left the organisation becouse money matters after hard work

My favorite thing was that everyone had to get involved in the work at the time The company's Asansol branch is HR MR. Sourav Mandal Sir is very Frankly to everyone.

This company has sales Manager now Mr. SURAJIT MONDAL He spoke to me in very bad language about customer booking I have his proof and he is not only with me but also with Pinnacle Honda Asansol Branch. A branch and sales manager doesn't know how to talk to a sales consultant well.

Don't join this organization until you join as a GM, for job security at least

Don't even think of joining at a manger level because ultimately even a receptionist will be not reporting to you leave aside your down the line
