...grow. Training for field staff is not that effective like my previous companies. Initially they give you a good package ... appraisal amount is again low. 0-10%. But I can balance my work life and personal.

Slow growth, low increments.

Good atmosphere, Management, co-operative staff, Job security. Salary paid exactly on 7th of every month without fail. But have some minus points also. No bonus.

Dislikes

No bonus, no Tea allowance earlier they used to give after covid they stopper. They are getting huge profits but they don't want to help employee's.

it is an Excellent and well organized establishment, with skill development and learning, wonderful job security, and good salary and benefits. I will be able to talk more about portea medical when I'm fully employed. By God's grace.

I cannot really say much about my dislike working at protea medical. But I will be able to tell better what my dislikes are when I'm considered and highered to work.

My abilities of work were not recognized. Low monitoring of management. Biased work culture. No growth on job security. Managers have a habit of bluffing. HR policies are very outdated.

...s late or travelling for same. Whenever need leave inform them u will get leave. No tension or issues in salary as we are payroll workers. Better place to work
