Publicis sapient Round 1 QA automation testing Interview
Hi guys, today my round 1 happened again for QA automation testing in PS, I have answered almost everything in theory, may be 2-3 things i was not sure of, otherwise theory part went well, and for coding question i took some time and due to one compilation error i wasn't able to get output. It was very silly mistake that in print statement in java for System.out.println i put system S as Small, otherthan that i explained him the code well and my approach as well, i told him 2-3 times that i am confident of that code will work fine, just finding out this compilation error. What you think guys what will happen? Will they select me? When round 1 happened on last Saturday I completed 2 coding questions but today the penalist was different. How they gonna evaluate now? Please suggest something,i am stressed..

Learning Program - They provide unlimited access to Udemy, LinkedLearning and other platform 3. Certificate Reimburement - Once you clear any certification, they will reimburse the amount, which is common in most of the company *Absolutely nothing else to like about this company*

1. Appraisals - They have not given appraisal in last 2 years and will continue the trend this year 2. Work - They will take interview like they will let you build rocket ship but then they put you in maintenance project. Goldman people will assign work like wriring test case or some conditional fix. All the development tickets is assigned to Goldman devs 3.Job Security - Zero, they can fire you whenever they want and you can't do anything about it 4. Promotion - If you're Java Dev, forget about it. They will force you to 300+ hours training along with your project work and clear interview for each module. It will 3-4 retakes to crack interview so forget about appraisal, you better switch. People are stuck at one position for more than 5 years 5. Policy - They can change it whenever they want. They recently ended Remote working forcibly and asking everyone to retrun to office. Most people with remote contract are asked to return or resign. In a nutshell, mangers can do whatever they and HR is a puppet 6. Office Enviroment - They have the most depressing office colour theme in Noida and there is no canteen as well. Cafeteria is way too small that 20-25 can fit in at a time. 7. Unnecessary Training - They will force you to do unnecessary training, which is not relevant to your work and will not help you is any way 8. Work Pressure- Be prepared to work for 12+ hours a day, no exception. There is unnecessay pressure created even for small tasks You're a just a number to them, once you're put on bench, they will force you to resign without any benefit. Dislikes

Salary, whatever you get on joining is enough and that depends on ur bargaining power. Growth: Internal promotion process is more tedious than moving out for a job. Technology change again is a blocker for one’s growth. Organization would like tou to work in whatever technology needed out of the project undermining your aspirations but when it comes to growth discussion, polyglot becomes a blocker.
