There is no work pressure. MD takes all decisions. There is no powers even to HODs.

Dislikes

This company has no CL, SL and EL leaves till 6 months. The half salary is deducted in sick leave.There are 6-8 employees sits in head office. No canteen, no Mediclaim. There is no policy for employee.
