1. Very very good for freshers. 2. On time salary. 3. Work culture is really good (worked for 8yrs). 4. Work environment. 5. Help desk is awesome, Immediate response. 6. Job security is good.

...oo much. 3. Mostly Tamil people will get onsite opportunity/promotions/Hikes. 4. So much deductions in salary (70% of Variable pay & 15% of gratuity will be eaten by company). 5. Company will not inform in which month we will get increment, Every year it varies by month). 6. Main problem is billing, if you doesnt bill 45hrs a week , we need to provide justification and more over managers will pressurize to work on sat & sun to get 45hrs billing.

No culture,no discipline,no professional management, mainly Tamil domination in the office and there is no cups in cafeteria to drink Tea or coffee.overall company is very worst and HR services is very worst no one will respond to any messages and emails as well

To be frank nothing is there to like.. may be in some teams, depends on team manager it will be beneficial. But mostly it's too worst.....

Partiality, salary hike is too less, promotion is also if they need that particular resource otherwise they will not... Not at all following work life balance... Employee has to work long hrs if needed but benefit wise nothing....

Creating a platform for engineers to work in different verticals and provide a good experience.

Low responsiveness from managers, reimbursement is a headache, and variable pay is a curse. It is always less than 90%.

Seriously no corporate culture is followed here. So many false commitments and there are many hidden deductions in the salary part which they will never say in prior. No promotion or hike. They will never allow you to grow here. Worst organisation I've ever seen in my entire career.
