The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role
It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. I spent days debating whether to bring it up. I didn’t want to come off as insecure or difficult. But I also couldn’t un-know what I knew. Eventually, I had an honest, data-backed conversation with my manager. Turns out, I was right and they revised my pay. It wasn’t easy, but it taught me this: silence doesn’t protect you. Companies run on numbers. If you don’t negotiate, you leave money on the table. Have you ever been in a similar spot? How did you navigate it?

Nothing, except few people from CS team. Strict working hours, No salary on time. Sales VP dominating nature always keeps binocular to see who is doing what.

... for growth and opportunities, but my experience turned out to be disappointing. Issues like delayed salaries, broken commitments, lack of variable pay, and deceptive handling of incentives created a challenging environment. Despite achieving targets, the promised incentives were consistently absorbed by the company. Recently, I was promoted to BDR and relocated to the Middle East office, only to discover discrepancies in incentives and a breach of commitment related to visas. The termination of my contract with short notice left me with no choice but to resign. Unfortunately, the Sales VP's dominating and micro-managing approach, coupled with unrealistic targets and a lack of sales pipeline, impacted the morale of the team. Despite closing significant deals, like the one with Royal Al Madinah, I found the Sales VP's lack of satisfaction perplexing. The VP's failure to introspect and tendency to blame the team rather than reflecting on personal shortcomings hindered the team's growth. Several team members left due to this leadership style. After two years of saying "Sir Sir," I'm relieved that my tenure concluded before the shift to the new office. I strongly caution against joining this company, as it operates without structured reporting, lacks authority, and is primarily driven by the founder and Sales VP. Think wisely before considering this opportunity, as it seems to be a challenging environment akin to a rat trap.

No salaries on time. Lack of leadership. No variable pay or incentives. Immature CEO and Leadership team. No experience to handle the client. Unstable Quixy product. 1-3 years agreement with a condition of no set period of notice.

The best part is that the colleagues are helpful. Everybody is ready to help and you'll be able to learn a lot. Even as a fresher, you'll be able to get into projects and learn with your fellow colleagues on how to handle a project and work on it.

The salary is never on time. And these days, the salaries are 2 months late. With that, we don't even have WFHs. We do need to travel to office to work. And no one raises their voice. The management is of no use. They ask you to sign a service bond but never tell you that salaries are this late that we need to manage our expenses of 2 months from a month's salary!

This company is total mess of a workplace. They delay salaries for two months, like they expect you to live on air! The mid-senior people are super toxic, always shutting you down and treating you like you’re invisible. The office is full of drama and politics, with employees who seem stuck because they’re too scared to find better jobs. And the CEO? Doesn’t have a clue about the product, just stumbling around. They talk about no-code apps, but the real talent here is creating chaos. Avoid this place if you value your peace and paycheck!

The CEO, directors, and customer success manager are incompetent and have no experience in anything.besically they are dumb idiots They torture employees by making them work without paying them. The Quixy platform is unstable and has many bugs. The company is not what it seems to be. * All the HRs are liars. * Everything about the company is a waste.
