No management, there is hr but useless,low salary, for leaves we have to beg,low increment of 1200 to 3000 , we have to wait for pay slips for 1 month there will be a big process to get our pay slips , extra hours didn’t get paid so many cuttings, 1.late comings above half an hour half day will be deducted , 2. For 0.5 day loss of pay for one month will deduct 25% of incentive and there is no incentive for new joiners for both exp and freshers please don’t join in this worst company

...gry with personal issues and mentality harass with a lot of works and overtimes. No career growth and salary growth. Increment delays every time they will give sympathy that we will give a good increment next increment next time and then repeat the same. Biased with female employees who don’t even work and get highest increment. No activity and celebration you work like robot whole year.

This is the better one for learning and for skills development .There is job the environment is so good to work..no unnecessary pressure.. unnecessary calls, only 1 thing is need to follow the office protocols like entry exit timing, discipline etc.. overall it's a good company.

...gues are friendly and helpful, and the projects are interesting and challenging. However, the salary is low compared to the market average and there are not many opportunities for career advancement. If you are looking for a stable and enjoyable job, company is a good choice. But if you are looking for a high-paying and dynamic job, you might want to look elsewhere.

There is NO proper ADMINISTRATION HERE THEY WILL DEDUCT SALARY WITHOUT ANY PROPER REASON. AND WHEN EVER U NEED A SALARY SLIP YOU NEED TO GO THROUGH A BIG PROCESS LIKE YOU NEED TO EXPLAIN WHY YOU WANT SLIP AND NEED TO GIVE A LETTER TO THEN NOT MAIL.
