-Salary structure is not upto industry standard. -Lot of politics on appraisal & promotions. Only closeness with management will give you promotions. -Not following company policy by managers. We can only resign with their approval. They are giving the date for the resignation. Even they are threatening that you release will be not smooth if you are not obeying them. -there are no way to get out from the hell.

Nothing much the environment I worked in is not that good not not the salary is also not worthy it's like more work less salary management is not good no proper problem solving measures are taken

I dislike everything about sagility it is not even in top 10 companies I would recommend people choose more career options rather then in sagility leaving sagility they can go to an another company for they better future

Work life balance and company culture if you have nice & fun loving team members. And definitely the kind of works and projects you have at hand.

Salary, Lead & Manager sucks. If you are not joining company as Lead/Manager then be ready for mental trauma and tensions. And definitely you don't have any job security as you have to be great in leaking Lead & Manager's ___(fill in blanks as you deemed fit) Company doesn't respect their junior associates/employees.
