In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Salarpuria is aone of the biggest builders company in Bangalore, more than 10 on going projects in Bangalore other state also on going project is there in Pune, Goa, Combaitore & Hyderabad, more than two project is handle that time only transportation is available otherwise no, job security is there another plus point is my colleague & seniors is good etc...
