overwork politics, over toxic, not to job secure, you are not favour, Any time you will change department, Company give food app that's on basis amount not for full fill food only limited, transport you pay for company vehicles, hostel person pay hostel frees, and give food app in a limited amount that's not 1-month food. (Public giving ) your got increment

The institute is dynamic and progressive, which is a massive opportunity for thos who wish to work or study here. There's fantastic potential for similarly oriented people to grow. Very non toxic and friendly environment. Very happening campus. Abundance of food options. One is take care of well by the institute. Loyalty is encouraged and rewarded.

Dislikes

On a personal level, I like to have continuity of care with my patients, to observe their progress and outcomes. However as we are posted at different places on different days, the lack of continuity causes personal dissatisfaction.
