This allows me to continually learn new things, develop diverse skills, and keep the work experience fresh. Additionally, I frequently interact with different customers, each with unique queries, which adds a dynamic and interesting challenge to the job. The multifaceted nature of my role ensures that I am always engaged and never feel bored or stuck in a monotonous routine. The management team is supportive, and there’s room to grow within the company.

One of the main issues I encountered at Shivam Traders is the salary structure. The pay is relatively low compared to company standards in the industry, which can be discouraging.
