This company has no work culture…asks the employees to work on weekends that too without extra pay. Dirty politics between the team members. They don’t respect your personal boundaries and put too much pressure on employees to work on extended hours

... to manipulate their juniors in the team in the name of title change promotions. They often change the HR team in India in the name of cost cutting and performance gaps as they don't have a career development plan for people in the team. Their trust shifts the moment you start raising your concerns about your toxic boss and try to save them despite receiving complaints.The overall experience was bad.

...t for hotel no salaries no other expenses while we were on duty for the company. Not even a single month salary was given in this pandemic, march salary was kept on hold and it is on hold now also in the month of August we haven't been paid for the work we did. I gave my life's 3 years to this company and yet they made us to live like a rat in a cave.

They have not paid us in this pandemic from march while we were working for them till 21st march,

Even at the time of pandemic when many companies are even not ready to pay salaries to their employees , Aspiringminds is proving yearly bonus as well as incentives along with the salaries and that too on time.I am proud to be an employee of such a campany and our CEOs Varun sir and Himanshu sir.

Colleagues are good, they have nice office and they pay good at hiring time.

Indian management is bit rude on calls, doesn't seem professional. During pandemic due to wfh culture work life balance is also impacted, getting calls on odd hours is very common.
