In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Less salary and they do joined less salary employees as Offrole... no work from home... no Cab facilities no Saturday off..they don't know staff work limit... they only knows how to make work... if you left one minut before working hour... or come late after 8 relaxation they will cut one day full salary... even they provide salary in hand.. they don't provide check..

Not a single things in this company which is liked by anyone who once visit or worked in this company.

Dislikes

Management is very poor. To much politics in this company. No career growth. Anytime management will removed you from job without giving the salary. No any facilities available for sinior works like managers & upper. Owners of this company is also very bad .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not decent , career growth is very slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. Sometime,I have to work 18-20 hours straight in a day as calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. They mostly go unnoticed during my yearly appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step.
