...e. If you get any of these things, employees can think to continue work there. But here management don't give salary on time nor increments. They give promotions/appraisals to sycophants only. The non medico chairman call their doctors and staff thief/chor/kaamchor in front of patient to make his numbers. Very unprofessional and disgusting behaviour

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary and career growth is slow

For freshers it is best hospital for perfectioning their skill with good hands on. Good exposure & work environment.

Management is not firm on their words, esp hospital chairman. Ortho dept HOD is toxic, mental torture.

People here believe in corruption more than the honest practices. Once their objectives of getting ug /pg seats are fulfilled, they will relieve the Faculties saying that they no longer need them. Attitude of leg pulling is rampant. Every one is practising outside. No one is interested in working in the department. Every one utilizes all the permitted leaves. With minimum work they want to earn. No discipline in college. No SOPs available for any thing.
