This company is very good Indian MNC Company, Management Support us when employees need. In lockdown Company Give Full sallary to the Employees & Also Doing Insurance of his Employees in Covid -19 term life insurance, whereas Other Insurance like ESIC Or other Medical Insurance already done by SKIPPER LTD.

Other Expances given by company to his employees is too late but salary is on time given by company.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Do not give confirmation letter even after probation period

Nil Job security. Terrible work- life balance, poor working environment where no one listens to you (Neither your Boss and nor your subordinates). Sometimes, it feels that upper management is not interested in completion of projects. Few people with flattering abilities are enjoying well. None of your recommendations are accepted, niether your achievements are recognized. It's only for those people who are not getting job elsewhere. Also, when you a complete a project, this company will force you to resign after insulting you.

The recent changes in the HR department do not align with the brand. They waste people's time, and HR behaves like a local market shop owner. There are no systems, and the most irritating people recently joined. Respected directors must review the HR dept.
