It was very good atmosphere to work with Sobha, Freedom was provided to take decisions for making the progress. Safety culture was good, bit improvements are till required. PRO services from the HO is not up to the site requirement.

...uction. We are bit handicapped because of the lack of our own skilled manpower. Delay in salary payment drastically affects the employees production. We should have a through knowledgeable land survey team. Subcontractors bill payments speed has to be improved. From staffs to chargehand telephone charges has to be taken care by the company.

...e is very high, some times I have to work 14-16 hours daily including Saturdays. Releasing of leave salary and annual ticket reimbursement are very hard to get from the company. HR policies and services are very very poor. we have to beg to get our rights,,,,,,

To manage financial crisis which is a major issue of the pendamic our company is providing same salary packages with medical leaves. Workers facing with the symptoms of the disease have been instructed to take home quarantine and medical assistance under arrangment of the company

...nt support is good. Job security cannot be predicted it depends on the projects. Salary is not on time it's two to three months delay. Company accomodation is good . I came back to India but I didnt got any maturity, pending salaries and other benefits like ticket reimbursement.
