Salary was always on time. And got to learn about a lots of things about the market and ground level reality.

Job security is non. The upper management had no idea about the Junior level employees. Work life balance sucks here. Manager may call you at 10 pm for work . Category manager Mr. Amandeep is the worst kind of team leader I have ever seen. Company should check on their low level employees too.

Work culture is quite good. No micro management, you are responsible for your work. Fast pacing work culture you push yourself to delivered what’s expected but sometime compromise quality. You don’t get enough to learn apart from what you are doing.

Very low salary and appraisal. No invention or team willing to do something new or challenging. Hardly learn something new.

1st.Attandance issue. 2nd, apna pocket se paise Dena hota he order k liye. 3rd, jab registration karoge to last month ka salary Nehi dega.. 4th, Sunday k din pe bhi kam karna parta he khabi khabi , 5th, Job security bhi Nehi he ,, overall experience is very very very bad ..

Unorganized management, return problem, no job security, hire& fire policy, most faltu company of india, should be closed, management directly create pressure for money investment in market from employees salary

Pay scale is good Platform to learn Potential is very high but unfortunately due some of the upper level employees it's getting difficult for executive level employees

Dislikes

Work life balance is terrible The upper level managers are not good. They won't support you until it's about them. You might have to work 12 or more hours. No team work. They don't value for lower level employees.
