You will get chance to work on new things. Work life balance is good, remote working with very little interference.

Blatant favouritism for certain people. Compensation is way below market value for the kind of work they make you do. You will get promotion but it is just for more work. You will be worshipped as long as you are doing something important, once it's done you don't exist.

Salary is roughly equal to TCS entry level and work is equal to a Architect working at google. No weekends,you can get calls anytime midnight or afternoon no one cares about employee's sleep. Management is very manipulative they tell their employees good things on their face and do back bitching behind. Prithvi is a real jerk and Ajay is a very miser cunning fellow who doesn't give proper compensation. You will get promotion every year but salary hike will be a joke. Everyday they will put fake sense or urgency and will force you to work 12 hrs a day and they promise to give zomato giftcard but they never do :( Management is clueless and have no idea of what they are building extemely poor management I can assure that this company will never be able to earn money with the shit products and management they have.

There is a jerk Prithvi and its vo partners. Who plays politics inside office and does favouritism. No maater what you do you will always have to be badmouthed by the Jerk. He thinks he is a wonderful manager, but all employees laving thanks to him. If you ever come across that guy just know he is a fraud.

It's a very good start for freshers, they provide platforms to grow and enhance your skills, if someone is not capable of doing then they start to train him/her but didn't doubt on ones strength. They give a very good opportunity in all areas, banking, finance, development, analytics, sales.

Dislikes

There is lot of work company is brining, so one might be under pressure sometimes. But if you are learning then its a very good for ones.
