You will get chance to work on new things. Work life balance is good, remote working with very little interference.

Blatant favouritism for certain people. Compensation is way below market value for the kind of work they make you do. You will get promotion but it is just for more work. You will be worshipped as long as you are doing something important, once it's done you don't exist.

It's a very good start for freshers, they provide platforms to grow and enhance your skills, if someone is not capable of doing then they start to train him/her but didn't doubt on ones strength. They give a very good opportunity in all areas, banking, finance, development, analytics, sales.

My Experience During Notice Period I would like to share a few thoughts based on my experience during the notice period. 1. KT (Knowledge Transfer) Issue I had completed the KT for the project, with all the required team members present. The recording was also shared. Even after that, I was asked again to deliver KT. When I asked the group to confirm if it was already done, Then manager replied: "If you don’t want to deliver KT, please say so, madam." To avoid confusion, I added my manager ( Mr Devender Kumar) to the chat where all KT history and the recording were already available. Only then the tone changed to: "Let me know if KT is needed again." On top of that, over a false KT delivery issue, I was even threatened by upper management that they might not give me my experience and relieving letters — just to create pressure. It felt like the goal was to place blame anyhow — even if you were actually right. Honestly, blame games are something school kids play, not professionals in a corporate setup. But it seems like some people have brought that same school mindset into the workplace. 2. I was marked LOP just because I missed one call due to a temporary network issue. I explained the reason clearly, but action was taken immediately without discussion. Later, the LOP was not applied — and I appreciate that — but the quick decision without understanding felt unfair. Taking action so fast without knowing everything showed a short-tempered attitude, and it felt disappointing. Many avoid speaking openly out of fear. If seniors or managers stay short-tempered and impulsive, these reviews will only grow. Instead of blaming the feedback, it’s better to address the root cause. While part of the team, things felt smooth and respectful. But after giving notice, some behavior turned cold and rude, as if hard work didn’t matter. I believe in honesty, so I’m sharing this openly . This isn’t a complaint, but a reflection, because organizations improve when voices are heard, not ignored. Also, no one writes long reviews on AmbitionBox without real frustration. Every department has issues, but most harsh feedback comes from tech - Devops engineer
