Everyone seems sweet.

Dislikes

...7 but they make you work 9-10. They want you to work on holidays and leaves too. If not then you will be fired and also you have return the salary they paid you,according to the offer letter clause.There is no work life balance. You can't have a life here. Only work. Even if you are at home. Sat sun is off but you need to work on that as well.

The firm and the job have both been excellent for me and my growth as an employee. But even more importantly, I appreciated that our paychecks were not withheld during the Covid. I also verified with some of my co-workers. Nobody was given a pay cut. That has been a huge drive for me to come here and work. In addition, the folks I work with are really supportive.

Dislikes

The firm might benefit from some consumer variety. They're wonderful, however their similarity in substance and needs makes work repetitive on a regular basis. The majority of our clients work in education. Fortunately, management has taken notice and is extending its portfolio.
