To be honest there is nothing to like. You will get your salary every month, may be that is the one thing that I can mention, but again it is very obvious when you are working you should get paid.

Dislikes

1. Salary: the salary is not only minimal, but there is no certainty when you will get your salary. You will never get your salary at the end of the month or start of the week. They usually give salary on 6th 7th of month, there r also exceptions. Sometimes you may get a mail which states due to some unavoidable situations the salary will be delayed and it can get delayed further till 10th. 2. Appraisal: There is no fixed timing of appraisal. Initially once or twice they even cancelled the appraisal. Nowadays it is happening but still no fixed time when it will took place. They often don't provide appraisal on time and most of the time adjusted the arrear amount each month with your salary. 3. Rules and Regulations: There are rules and regulations but these can be bend as their own will. People and management can re-hire people even those who never given proper resignation, can give promotion to anyone who isn't even qualified, never given IJP and can fire anyone without any proper explanation. Most of the time they don't even deserve it. 4. Company reviews on Ambition box,google: This is the worst part of the company and when I saw this I lost all the respect for them. Every month they ask certain employees to go to Google and ambition box to post their review, give it 5 stars and write good things about the organisation and share those screenshots with the HR and asked people of management to go to those sites and give likes to those comments so that they get featured first, which is the pathetic thing a company can do and every month till now this has been happening. Even someone who is not willing to give review neither good nor bad, they will literally annoy that person everyday and will ask you whether you posted any review or not. It means most of the reviews of the company are fake or manipulated.

...d high appraisal value to the bootlickers. If you work hard then you are a fool. Just go on a party with the sups in weekend and have drinks and pay for them and be a bootlickers and you will get whatever you like. No values for hard working employees and even higher management to not bother to care. Promotion is only for bootlickers.

Gives salary likes labor class peoples. Salary comes on 10th of every month, although it is a IT sector. HRs are totally ill-behaved with no respect for employees even new joinees. Site-Head HR is just a sitting duck, works according to managers and TLs being a Head HR. Not At All A Great Place To Work...Only for those who thinks going office is like having picnic or potluck. And those (female employees) who thinks they have come to a fashion show with what not dresses...whereas, HRs during the interview mentioned they have strict dress code rules...Total Joke. No proper HR Introduction nor Induction. No Proper training...For E.g. A process have 5 Sub verticals and without proper training SMEs and TLs expects a new joinee to learn 5 sub verticals within 1-2 weeks. Which is humanly impossible. Useless 9.5 hours job...have not seen a IT like this one...having employees work for 9.5 hours. Sometimes employees have to do overtime without any OT pay..Due to high work volume...total unnecessary. mobile phones not allowed inside floor but pen and note book allowed...laughable...Personal bags we have to keep it with security against a token, as if I went inside spencers or big bazar. Lastly, If some one finish his/her job, he/she cannot leave their desk or even talk with other even inside same process vertical. All the TLs expect us to stare at monitor even if the per day targets are completed.

The team management is very poor. You only get recognition here if you are in the favouritism list or else they will make you an unnecessary target and defame you. Every team has their own policies no company and HR policies are followed here and even if you try to raise your voice you are moved out of the company. They do not value their employee. Work culture here is very poor and very toxic.

Likes

1. Most of the employees are young of age group 21-30 yrs, so you gonna make good friends. 2. Work and company culture is good, but may vary from team to team. In my case, my team, supervisor and manager is really cool and supportive. 3. Office location is great, prime location of Kolkata salt lake sector 5, you can enjoy night life there. 4. Many peoples may worry about night shift mainly girls and there families, but i suggest to take a look at the area before joining it's completely safe, police car was always there and apart from that there are more than 2000 sunknowledge employees working there, Many other companies employees are also doing night shifts there. So it doesn't feel like night actually. There was full of people around you. 5. Cab facility is provided one way only, at night when your shift ends you will avail the cab facility, the cabs are running throughout the city. 6. Saturday and Sunday off, which is a really good thing, you also get the whole day light of monday because your job is at night on monday.

Dislikes

1. Company salary, very very very low salary. 2. Night shifts for long time actually harm your body little by little, after a year you will see results, you may face health problems.
