their management is worst- only promoting their close ones despite of their low performance. they can fire you anytime if you dont agree with their decision. They tell employees to fill Best Place for work Survey in Infront of them so that this company get in top 100 companies list. dont trust what you see from outside.

1. Some Hr policies are bad 2. Hybrid wfo pressure (2 days a week mandatory) 3. Should open offices on other cities. 4. Office politics 5. Sometimes manager doesn't know about work. 6. Should give more opportunities for upskilling 7. Udemy business is not given, you would have to request multiple times. 8. Quality of work not that good. Most of the projects are support based, few opportunities of development are available.

Wish if company focus on more pay scale and annual appraisal Rather giving 7-9 make 10 as default upon that person performance Looking at the inflation and cost of living

...pen door policy you can have 1:1 with the directors and management frequently. Appraisals are mostly fair and eligible candidates can get upto 2-3 hikes and Salary corections within a financial year. Bonus are good and can easily go beyond 100% if you perform good enough. Only con is working shift and lots of calls from onshore counter parts and the timezone differences.

Dislikes

Little slow paced company because of its mammoth size. Working Shifts would go till 10 PM for IT team due to timezone mapping but there would be no micro management. Lots of vacancies for Technical architects and Engineering Managers and company is finding it hard to get them onboard.

Likes

Good for IT and management employees. You don't want to be associated with US operations department. Management will not support you.

Dislikes

HR, they are getting better salary for minimum work. Once you submit resignation, you will not be able to find or contact them.
