Good for IT and management employees. You don't want to be associated with US operations department. Management will not support you.

Dislikes

HR, they are getting better salary for minimum work. Once you submit resignation, you will not be able to find or contact them.

It's fixed 8.5 hours job. No one can ask employees to work more than their shift timings.

Both side transport, hybrid and one time meal

Dislikes

Over management which sucks sometime. You have to track your daily even single entry on MIS tracker and wise tool. You have to give your entire day's details to the tracker. You can take only 1 hour of break for the whole day it cannot be even 61 minutes. It feels you are in school. No appreciation of good work. Low appraisal. Only give 3 ⭐ ratings every year even after your hard work you put in.
