If you really want to spoil your career join this company. Increament every year is between 4-6%. Ball throw game culture across the company. No Development plan for the employees. Scolding shouting is very common. Senior don’t respect employees. No one takes responsibility Or ownership

...Yes if are working in small companies then this can be good place for you. HR will attract by adding 20% variable pay but It’s not paid every year.

No holidays ,even on Sunday you have to work they gave comp off but work life balance is very bad,in this job you have to ready for travel any time in all over india.

Salary structuur at suzlon vadodara plant is very low. Our plant head is not providing good salary structure and also basic facilities to worker, such as canteen office, furniture, storage rackes, material movement equpments etc.
