... entire company, which is run by a couple who enforce their own arbitrary rules. They are obsessed with cutting money from your salary- if you are even a second late, they deduct half a day's salary without hesitation. They compare themselves to companies like Google, which is a joke. Employees stick around only because they have no other option, not because they want to. There are total 30 employees and they are continuously hiring due to employees resigning. The MD, Shivani(the real snake) is heartless. She even made fun of my personal struggles. She makes fun of everyone out of their appearances too. Yogesh and Shivani are running a school in the name of a company. I feel incredibly unlucky to have worked here, and I would not wish this experience on anyone. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST IF YOU VALUE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH AND CAREER GROWTH.

Dislikes

Work from home option is limited for full time employees and interns aren't allowed to take work from home. This is a strict desk job in the Gurgaon office.
