Job security is better than others , Career growth is far away from reality , Salary is good and appraisal too work environment is excellent and work life balance also the only thing matters is growth.

Dislikes

I dislike most about the career growth as a supervisor to a manager.

Likes

Work place is pleasant. Although the team leader is helpful, management is not. Company policies are good, appraisal is fair, and on roll employees get good salary hike and bonus every year. There are not facilities for 10-12 year off roll employees.

Dislikes

The management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not good for 10 year experience employees and career growth is slow.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Hi all I have 9 years experience. I have received offer from chennai company OEM Payroll of 16.5 lpa. My current company TTL (working at Tata motors) Pune wants to retain me at 15.5lpa. I m basically from from Maharashtra. Please guide I am family person working in Pune is more easy for me , but want to think from long term career perspective as well.
