1. Increment is very low in percentage 2. Almost no scope to off roll to on roll 3. No work life balance (Around 12 - 14 hours duty including transportation time) 4. No leave policy for 3rd Party (Leave can take by accumulate weekly off) 5. Safety culture totally wave off when project in pick

Learning skill is available . But No Relaxation for ownself , family or friends.

Dislikes

Salary increament is not good ... there is no chance for promotion and fews employees are not good.. they have no manner to how to work how to talk with colleagues....they are only sole licking of seniors for promotion or others work .

Job is secured and work culture is very good. All employee are very supportive and co-operative.

Dislikes

Accordingly to education qualification and work is experience salary is less. Kindly revised as per education qualification and work experiences.

Process driven. Honest culture. Well mannered officers. Even third party personal are treated well.

Though earlier culture was very good, it is not same in last few years. Salary rise is not good. No transparancy in promotion policy.

It was a great foolishness in our career. One of the waste of time at Tata Power. There was no growth. Their policy is not followed by anyone. There is a lot of politics and a lot of corruption in engineering and construction at higher levels. They stated a policy, but no one follows it. Tata Sons need to involve Tata Power management in error rectification.otherwise, Tata Power will lose its dignity.
