company lacks clear growth opportunities, high-pressure work culture. Sales teams are given with unrealistic targets, often leading to unethical practices and false commitments. Management wants to attract top medical professionals but the clinic management software is outdated and inefficient especially with ipd and pharmacy side.The organization is spread thin across multiple project SaaS, diagnostics, and medicine fulfillment.without mastering any, resulting in a lack of focus and low job satisfaction. And no job security at all out of 10 people 7 people had left/fired due to sales presure.

Working culture is too horrible, totally hire namaste fire culture, no work ethics, managers force to work late night, compells to put your own money for achieving sales target. Totally unethical, inhuman practice in the company.

Sales teams are worst. Complete feminism on the floor Team leader support you if you if your get her gifts, and listen whatever she says or she won’t assign you leads. And if you take the issue to the higher management they won’t listen to you no job guarantee. They can kick you out anytime by blackmailing

There is you can pass time by doing nothing and show you are the very busy and running company purposeless, one good thing you can expect salery is on time.

Please please, donot come here . Starting from hr to CTO everyone is mixed up. They won't care of you are sick , they will tell you that you are giving excuse and they will fire you for that. The tech team is extremely weak. They have only 3-4 developers who lack basic common sense. The CTO encourages to do over time, you will be made to work everyday till 3am and also make you work on weekends. They will treat you like cows farm. Too much office politics, no work life balance, compulsory 5 days wfo , back Biting , double faced recruiter and hr team , tech team. Fully disorganised and unstructured company. Donot join here only for money. It's extremely toxic and soul killing. They are copying products from medibuddy , healthify .
