In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. If you are thinking switch to Terex India Bangalore please note following points 1. There won't be much work pressures which is good 2. Flexi timings is good 3. Some of the employee benefit schemes are good 4. Work wise, it all depends on your abilities to get good and challenging work for you. Depends on team too. 5. If you are interested you can learn many technical things, there are good study materials available. And most of it is driven from terex corporation
