It was wonderful to work as a fresher in The Leather Laundry. They have a startup culture where you don't have formal dress code or get restricted based on departments or hierarchy rather based on your skills and commitment you are given much more opportunity to grow and learn. The owner herself is so humble that she is personally invested in the business, her work ethics is unparalleled as an owner as she is at office at 9am and leaves by 10pm and she is been hustling like this for a decade. She is very humble and open to new ideas and a great sense of inspiration. Also you work in unity in cross functional teams and there is no person usually you will find in top corporates where people are part of your team backstabs one another to climb up the hierarchy rather here you get great insights from experienced managers

Dislikes

Well, nothing much to dislike except its work from office kind of job and work timings are 10 to 7pm. Rest it great , I like the fact it is no non-sense business where people spend time chit chatting and wasting time , rather here you will find people committed to work and ideally who become more focused on their life and career. So if you are very casual and fun type of person looking for a job to pass time and have these jolly moments this is not the company But if you want to learn and grow in life and want a focused approach towards your career then this is the best company one can start or be a part of their professional journey

Everything , too much biasness, no stability , ceo herself do the sales, she know nothing about business and the manager she is a joke, they can fire you anytime without reason and pay is very less , they can transfer you in any department , there is a guy who joined in it department now in sales, and there are guys who were in customer support department are in logistic,

Mallika Ma'am is the most wonderful person I ever meet. As a owner I never seen such down to earth and most importantly very much involved her to brand. She literally gives proper time and review and inspect all the items by her own she guide every staff that how to proceed with..

Dislikes

Her managing team is zero, especially ms Roseline she don't even know how to talk. She don't know how to manage a team, she don't even know how to talk with team members, she will come after 5 hours and speak like shit. (She will behave like we are not employee we are the Salve over there. The people who works there just bcoz it's near by or they have some personal issues.. I will suggest Mallika mam pls look into this matter, other wise it will effect your brand day by day.
