Salary I was appreciated by manager, mentor and client, But the sad part is NO PROJECTS for Tiger. If any one planning pls think 100 times. I came to Tiger while leaving an offer

Poor work life balance. My shift is upto 7pm but meetings will be upto 9pm Forceful resignation due to no projects They don't have any projects, they will literally beg for projects to clients. Very terrible experience. Joining bonus return policy ( 2 yrs is a long term)

Likes

Good place to work and learn. A standard industrial learning program and work culture. Good projects for DS, data engineering and analytics compared to the Indian company working in this spectrum.

Dislikes

It's physical office space and culture are still in a growing and learning phase. It was good upto last year but they're going through salary restructuring due to bad markets. Very low physical interaction with colleagues or group outings or fun events as compared to a lot of young startups at its level but since people are professional I wouldn't say it's a super bad thing, it's just expected from a growing young startup.

No learning and development planning. Higher management is just seating ideal. Tiger is still needsot of improvement in many areas such as job security, pay structure, work life balance. And this issue is across all the projects and that I can say because I am working here from last 5 years and due to which they made me to go and serch out for job.

Best thing about tiger is its remote working opportunity , which they have cancelled nowadays Current hikes are not good as before Micromanagement in some projects Wlb is very difficult Some project working may extend to 16 hours per Day Narrow teams so work gets pilled up easily

The thing which I like about tiger is the company is providing work from home and decent amount of salary.

Dislikes

I have joined the organisation expecting great learning scope but it didn't work well, like other service based companies work differs from client to client and should be lucky enough to get a project where learning scope would be high.
