Salary on time, Nothing else.

Dislikes

No work life balance, low salary wrt industry, pathetic appraisal system, No promotions, favouritism, No proper recognition and reward system. Unnecessary work pressure on daily jobs with tight deadlines. People are not getting promoted even after working for 7-15 years also.

...e of the employees are real talented and ttk prestige will never kick you out... they will retain and pay salary on time

No body drives the business, everyone is looking at shifting the responsibility, there is lot of shouting and name calling culture. the Head office people work on certain assumptions about the sales team, and only have discussion basis thoses assumptions. also the WFH policy is only for head office because sales team life doesn't matter that much to them

Good learning experience as started my career from there. Handled retail sale in Delhi. Got opportunity to launch non stick cookware as well as brawn hair removing machine also in market. Staff also supportive and cooperative.

salary package as well as growth not fast.

My working time with TTK Prestige was good, I had developed lots of skills in my entire working period. I had took many decision for development of my territory it was very helpful for me in my working time. In all of my decisions my Branch manager was very supportive.

...ays forcing to working in Sunday and holiday time. It's not good for a employee. And as a organisation company have to change in pay or expenses level, They have to revise his policy they have to change in Employee CTC level and Travel policy it's not good for a employee.

Only culture is good.

One employee has do to work of 6 employees. Employee is overloaded with work and salary is less. Company has not upgraded the process as per technology. At the time of interview management gives different commitments and at the time of joining the role is totally different.
