Rehiring is terrible, scheduler are the worse, sometime they just says your review is not good and they fired the crew, some very good crew lost their job only because theire boss CSO dont like them. its happened with me too. i was promoted in my second cotract only but one CSO Ben dont like me and he ask some of crew to give him in writting about me they done, because one CSO ask you to do anything they do, Ben had done same thing about many crew compony should fired him.

In Tui Cruises - Mein Schiff 6 Vessel * Deck 4th Floor - Main Galley * Deck 12th Floor - Dish Washing * Deck 3rd Crew Mess - Dish Washing In this three areas Machine is not working properly and plates and ceramic was not able to clean and sanitize between that given work time. So, we want extension upto given break time. This will gives us too much stress for health. Therefore, Less sleep too. My first contract i did not enjoy my work so sad :(

A big thank you for this survey, while I am on board it's awesome company I will continue till my retirement, I am at home since February and every day requesting for the next assignment till date. There is no help for me in such a critical situation.

I am very disappointed with scheduling team, they are unfair, mistreated me, they are favouring some crew, Wilson Rai security supervisor he came home in August and went back on board in November, where my self since February and Ritesh Shetty security supervisor he is at home from January and we still at home, I am really facing a lot of problems due to no income from last nine months, at least through this survey I can express my feelings. Please send me the LOE.

Management support for the new development of the staff for better growth in company, good work culture and all the jobs roles and responsibilities properly distributed to the staff.

The ship life is good but not that much .the working experience is allso good with different nationalities .

Depand some people are very good but some people are very bad some time. management are allso no good .
