It's was a good company for me, because Vcustomer ls my fisrt job. It's like a family for me, they treat us equally, whether you are a Supervisor, Team Leader, Manager, Tainer or HR etc. Sometimes when I look back, wow...Our Canteen/Cafe, it's one of the best ever, everyone have the same, whether he/she is Manager or HR, it was soo good . And on 3rd floor, there' s a bid hall where we can play Pool, Carrom, table tenis, and even we can watch televition (TV) by the way we use to play Volleyball.

Dislikes

To be honest, everyone in Vcustomer got their salary on the right time. But, I'm sorry to say that for a new recruitment like us, they gave us only three days (3) three days for process training as well as voice and Accent. Moreover, there's no incentive nor bonus till the time I'm with Vcustomer. After all it's a good company.

Nothing, there are big frauds. have policy of hire and fire as per there processs no job security

There HR forced for leaving the org with unnecessary performance reason as there was no work in process. Not even payed 3 months salary , which is suppose to paid by law.

I worked with this company way back in 2010 for almost a year and a half as a visiting trainer for German language and found the co-workers very supportive and nice.The compenastion was good.I found the overall atmosphere to be very nice.

I have loved this company as got wonderful training and lovely trainers Work wise good mentor or managers Wonderful team enjoyed and learnt and earned too

Too far from city as half of time went in travelling

Our Team Leader Mr.Owais was supportive & helpful by nature. Therefore, I saw my overall growth due to our healthy team developed & motivated by him.

Dislikes

There was no such point that I disliked about working there apart from our night timing but that was actually our job-profile so no such points.
