It's was a good company for me, because Vcustomer ls my fisrt job. It's like a family for me, they treat us equally, whether you are a Supervisor, Team Leader, Manager, Tainer or HR etc. Sometimes when I look back, wow...Our Canteen/Cafe, it's one of the best ever, everyone have the same, whether he/she is Manager or HR, it was soo good . And on 3rd floor, there' s a bid hall where we can play Pool, Carrom, table tenis, and even we can watch televition (TV) by the way we use to play Volleyball....Read More

Dislikes

To be honest, everyone in Vcustomer got their salary on the right time. But, I'm sorry to say that for a new recruitment like us, they gave us only three days (3) three days for process training as well as voice and Accent. Moreover, there's no incentive nor bonus till the time I'm with Vcustomer. After all it's a good company.

Work Details

For me it's like a challenging situation with everyone at first, because, the training was only 4 days, so when we've got a break I spent most of the time in Canteen and request the senior to help me out. And everyone working in Vcustomer are very good.

Work timings: Flexible Timings 

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
