...shers to learn the testing and commissioning works there is no doubt about it. No salary on time. No proper accomodation to engineers at work location. No proper transportation to engineers to go site. They make 5 years contract by taking your original educational certificates. If you want to go out you need to pay money to get you educational certificate and experience certificate,salary slip etc. If you work in abroad they hold your 3 month salary. Will not be paid if confront arise with management. My rating should be zero.as there is no option for zero I select minimum. Totally this worst . Not value the humanism,not respect engineers. Worst management. I worked 6 years due to family situation. When I come out from voltech my 2 month salary to they held. Still not paid. It's good platform to youngster who want learn about Electrical power systems.

...contract company hiring only for men power supply for operation and maintenance electrical and instrumentation all work salary leave depends on clients company Voltech engineers pvt Ltd not any design take only order follow to clients company.

...company they will prefer you because you have GOOD KNOWLEDGE in testing and you will work for 12 hours WITHOUT MONTHLY SALARY.

Salary pending for more than 6 months but I think it's sorted out now ,even though there is 1 or 2 months pending on going,there is no settlement amount, accommodation is same as technicians,ot 8 riyals only.they make you work 12 hours and no ot provided,the pending salary is not only in Qatar all over the countries.(Be careful) Don't believe HR or interviewer ask anyone working in company (if you can).

... Teammate's are supportive. There is a cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a politics and the management doesn't address our issues. There is a 5years bond.
