I dont like anything about Welspun, its one of the worst company I have ever worked at.

Dislikes

...illed people are hired on high positions based on references. No employee trust. Working overtime and and after hours with no compensation for the same. Being forced to work during your holidays with the threat that they will escalate it. No one ready to take stand. No planning before execution of projects. No documentation for projects. Will do anything for business, won't take no as answer for not feasible tasks.

Knowledge transfer is not given by old employees to peers. Process is not set & new software directly implemented so due to technical glitches regular work takes more time instead of automation. WFH & flexible timings are with restrictions in some department. Due to work twice or thrice in a month, it requires to attend office on Saturday & sunday. Salary pay parity is terrible. Favouritism.

The desire to do grow, explore automation possibilities, continuous learning opportunities. Everything is great and culture is exceptional

Dislikes

Advancement in promotion does not reflect on salary or raise. Plus for same role there is huge gap in salary range. Roles and designations are different which should be in a fix manner

1. Too many Changes in Org. Structure 2. High Standards for Employees but less focus on Eccentric Clients 3. Weak Middle-Level Management 4. Too much Importance is given to Clients 5. Show managed By Few People

Likes

The agility with which WTSL is growing and expanding is providing a room full of opportunities for all to lead the change. Its main focus is on value creation and automation which is not now the future but now its PRESENT. Moreover, the culture here is quite inclusive. We have period leaves and hybrid work culture as well.

Dislikes

For many of them agility may be challenging if they are comfortable in working at their own pace.
