...nce is very very good...(Like 3=1 means 3 people work I did alone for 3 years) Also there is salary issue and the salary won't come in time... Even same technology they are using from past 10 years....There is no technology update.. But one thing is good the wind mill is a German based manufacturer, so u can learn technically very much.

Salary giving for 4 time in a month, No difference between Engineer and worker. Site level management need to improve Skilled Incharge needed

I except there to be a short period of time where I can acclimate to the work environment and learn company practices

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our Issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company culture is very good. All employe are very helf full

No salary increament, no others benifits only 12000 thousand salary on hand how can survive, No divali bonous, Company does not pay overtime.Canteen lunch is very poor.

Machine technology is very good and error free, training culture is best in new employees knowledge increase

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow and work pressure is very high. I have to work 12-16 hours straight in a day as l have to attend machine and manage all vehicles, utilization of man power, material requirements full fill or all over site management but they mostly go unnoticed.
